Proven Record
Chemlube synthetic motor oil has been proven superior in Malaysia for more than 25 years. In Penang, a reputable workshop, Cartech Auto Centre Sdn Bhd has been offering Chemlube to car owners since 1985. Recently their mechanic, Mr. Lim Boon Ching informed us that he is very impressed to observe a Honda CRV that has done more than 200,000 km and yet the engine is quiet and runs like new. This Honda CRV has been using Chemlube from Day One!

Chemlube Motor Oil
Chemlube synthetic motor oil was launched in Malaysia in 1983. At the time when most engines used only the ordinary multigrades, this premium ester-based synthetic lubricant received rave reviews in Malaysia and Singapore, and motorists who used Chemlube, swore by it -- even till today. Many Chemlube users reported consistently lower engine temperatures, lower fuel consumption and higher idling speed when compared to before Chemlube was used. Other more subjective claims were that their cars seemed to run smoother and engines start easier in the morning.
Chemlube motor oil is manufactured by Ultrachem Inc., USA, a company which holds an impressive reputation as a specialty lubricants compounder and supplier of various industrial lubricants since 1965.
Chemlube fully synthetic motor oil is a proven engine lubricant that ensures less friction between moving parts and enables more power production while delivering better fuel mileage to the motor vehicle. With an excellent and proven track record having been used by motorists for the past 30 years, its superior lubrication means longer oil-change intervals, better engine protection, enhanced engine lifespan, less trips to the workshop and lower maintenance costs.
Specially formulated from Class 1 base stock - organic ester - which is well-known for its high film strength qualities, this synthetic oil maintains a thin layer of lubricating "film" between tight fitting engine parts to cushion and reduce friction between these metal surfaces so that wear and tear is kept to the minimum. High film strength refers to the lubricant's ability to remain in place between tight fitting surfaces without being completely squeezed out, exposing these metal surfaces to intense friction and undue wear.
Chemlube fully synthetic motor oil comes in 3 viscosity grades: 10W-30, 10W-40, and 20W-50.
There is also a sports performance oil that comes in a single viscosity grade, SAE30, for hard-run engines to take severe punishment without compromising the power output.
For manual transmissions, Chemlube has an equally excellent Gear Oil, of 85W-90 viscosity grade which provides high heat resistance, anti-wear protection and excellent lubricity.
For the more cost conscious, Chemlube provides the best of both worlds in the form of a semi-synthetic blend known as the Esterbond 10W-40. It satisfies the demands for fuel economy and performance of modern passenger cars.
